softmaxxing megathread ( GTFIH )

After looking at threads pretending to be full softmaxx guides, i have came to the conclusion that the forum is lacking a thread gathering everything ( BOTB is everything but full )

What i could do: Over the course of the year i have passed here, i have gathered and wrote down countless informations, to the point where i never come across a thread on something i haven't saw before. I would list everything that work ( i wont include copes like bones smashing or mewing ) and seem usefull to me.

Do it, BOTB is overwhelming cause it's so much info just thrown at you.

For me especially as an ADHDcel what would be helpful is to not only have it all in one place but also have it ordered of what steps to do first and importance
