1) Drop down supra implants with saddle are lit.
2) You will most likely need a cantho/soft tissue eye surgery even if you have periorbital augmentation with implants.
(Case study: @misc001 @MrRubiks
3) it doesn’t matter what order you get implants/cantho (Case study: @Titbot)
4) Someone said getting cantho to increase tilt makes you feminine/gay. Not true there are psl gods like Alain Delon with “feminine” levels of tilt. It is just preference but personally I think it looks good.
5) no one has gotten medial canthus z plasty to get ideal downward medial canthus. (To my knowledge) Downward medial canthus is more important for men than women.
6) Squinting makes medial canthus more downwards.
7) Soft tissue surgery is definitely better for eye area compared to implants, but you do ideally need both.
8) Fat grafts very underated imo, is definitely an S tier surgery.
