Main idea

It is not the product that becomes saturated, but the audience and the way you communicate. By finding new marketing angles and speaking to a different audience, you can make almost any product profitable.

Method shown

  • Choose a product, even one that has already been used many times.
  • It is better if it solves a real problem, like a neck massager.
  • Use AI as support, not as the brain.
  • It can help generate initial ideas, like possible target groups, but the real work is human.
  • Find new avatars, meaning new types of customers.
  • Don’t focus only on the usual ones, like athletes, but look for specific niches.
  • For example, instead of “people with neck pain,” target new mothers.

Deep target research

Go on Reddit, forums, and YouTube. Analyze:

  • Real problems.
  • The language people use.
  • Solutions they have already tried.
  • When the problem starts.
  • Their emotions and fears.

Hidden insights

For example, it is often the husband who looks for solutions for his wife, so that becomes a new customer target. Or people may believe the pain is caused by stress, so that belief needs to be challenged.

Marketing built for the audience

Ads, the website, and the content should speak only to that audience. Using their own words increases trust and conversion.

Concrete example

  • Product: neck massager.
  • Classic angle: general neck pain.
  • New angle: new mothers with post-birth pain.
  • Twist: sell to the worried husband with emotional messaging.

Final message

Winning products are often already validated, which is actually a good thing. The competitive advantage comes from:

  • choosing the audience,
  • understanding it deeply,
  • and communicating in a targeted way.
Anyone who does real research and builds new angles can compete even in crowded markets.

i translated with pp so yeah, good luck!

i used to dropship during lockdown, is it still profitable i swear its so saturated now and everyone knows ur dropshipping?

Correct me if im wrong or not though, did u see success in it ?

this seems good but isnt this oversaturated and people already know about this

everything is ofc saturated, the top saturated thing rn are jobs market, since everyone needs one desperately to make a living, for the "and everyone knows ur dropshipping?" most people dont really care as long as the products work, are shipped quickly, and they see value in what they buying so no few people know you're probably dropshipping especially if your site is made well, there's some marketing behind and overall good, those who might comment "its dropshipped" etc usually dont get much attention and you'll still convert anyways, i seen some success with regular e-com (buying a stock then shipping it) everybody is a consumer especially girls they hella consumers, as i wrote in the thread just search new insights and use the brain to make it something good, even if it goes really bad you should still be able to convert a 0.02% of people who visit your site (only if there's actual efford and its not an aliexpress thing pasted for fun)

people know and forget especially in this day and era since everyone is sleeping on their phones most hours of the day, nothing is oversaturated in reality everything still works just need efford since e-com is probably one of the most long and hard businesses to keep up and then exit

i see, so u didnt dropship but rather you bought the stock so that shipping would be faster?

Makes sense tbh, not a terrible idea as long as the product u stock up on you know is a winner

I may try the same some time, i did pretty decent back in the day with projectors

dont do stock like i did, kinda burned my money in the first 2 months because i sold 2 items at best, do everything slowly and use dsers to get good rates and shipments
(luckily then i sold all and stopped with that)
now im kinda re learning most and will do dropshipping instead of stocking up and burning my 1k again, i gotta say tho i couldnt give up like most dumb dropshippers who just spend maybe 50 and after a week or two they close all because they think the "product" isnt good, probably gonna do organic because i seen it still works pretty well with my ig burner account, many are good at content creation and can hook people to their vids and get clicks without spending in fb/tt ads
