Somebody explain why some Bimax results make cheeks chubbier

I thought advancing the maxilla and lower jaw would make cheeks appear leaner, but she looks terrible with those chubby cheeks.

Why did that happen? How could her cheeks become chubbier JFL

Buccal fat removal seems like a good option after that lol
