i can see why they would rate you that. you're not ugly, you're just not sexy. you have a baby face.

to be sexy you need to be a little more dimorphic. you don't have the jaw to pull off the clean shaven look and you look a little skinny. growing facial hair primarily on your chin and above you lips will make you look more dimorphic. add some on your lower jaw and cheeks. and also putting on more muscle never hurts.

try also growing the front of you hair more to your eyebrows. you have a very neotenous/round forehead. even your eyes are bambi like. too much youth and femininity and not enough masculinity.

doing this with a modern fashion sense will change your life.
