Sometimes my dreams are mixed with reality and I can't distinguish them

last time I had a dream where girl laughed at me bc of my face and height and I was sure it was happened irl, but I barely dont talk with girls in my life so it had to be just a dream.

Sometimes I get reality mixed up with dreams too. But that is usually only when drinking and I get severe REM rebound
