I reviewed the photos of my schoolmates who were into sports (football, swimming, running, basketball etc) . Most of them aren't GL guys. One of the swimming champions from my middle school has become pretty big, and he easily got a six-pack, but facially he's a normie at best.

Sports in the puberty might help you develop strength, flexibility and build bigger muscles, but it doesn't really make you GL. Keys of being GL: genetics and posture.

OP you arent doing sports to look good.
Sports are good to socialize and become NT. Without sports (example) I would be a nerd that wouldn't even be able to give proper and NT handshakes. I am happy that my parents forced me to play football for 10 years lulz

Yea I started at the age of 5 and stopped at 16. I grew too much and got too tall(lost acceleration and pace) and the coaches would put me to the defence. Thats why I stopped. Used to be a very good striker. My good skills gave me status and kept me away from getting bullied in high school.

Yes and no. Obv sports will lead to athletic body and low facial fat - sports always increases T levels and in formative years that can have positive impact on face . If you are a chadlite to begin with , perhaps it can make you chad . Plus sports gives status , especially in teen years - chicks love guys who play football , baseball or basketball . Otherwise you will be a fat ,nerdy , low self esteem loser like me .

It helps when you already have a good base to start with. It doesn't help if you're only average or below average looking tho (face wise). Surely it has other benefits especially heath wise and socialization wise.

Some exercises are fun such as bench press, pull-ups and dips. Leg exercises and cardio are boring as fuck. I'd rather spend 2 hours on ice skating than 1 hour running in the gym.

Sports won't make you good looking, but they are healthy. Sports that involve measured results, like track and field (athletics) and weightlifting will encourage you to go to the gym, pool, or track to get better, giving a consistent source of exercise. Team sports and ball sports are one of the best things you can do for your mental health because of the combination of exercise and social enjoyment.
Legs are pretty irrelevant for guys. It's all about arms, pecs, traps and back tbh.
Leg exercises are beneficial because they promote a favorable hormonal profile for muscle growth. Also, the glutes (best developed by hip thrusts and kettlebell swings) are important for good posture. The glutes, along with the vasti muscles of the thigh (best developed by squats) are often seen as attractive to women. I have good glute genetics that I've enhanced with hip thrusts and kettlebell swings and I've definitely been noticed (a girl even asked to touch my butt).

If you don't like training legs, complex lower body movements into your upper body workouts. For example, you could do deadlifts in between row repetitions, squats in between overhead press repetitions, or if you have access to kettlebells you could do kettlebell clean and press. Complexes will also improve cardiovascular health.
