started mk, need advice

I just started taking mk-677 5 days ago
(male, almost 19, 165lbs 6'2 sleeps good but bad rythm, 3500 kcals a day, could drink more water)
I started taking 12.5mg before bed and dreamt way too much + feeling lethargic off da wake up, switched to taking it in the morning for more hunger effect
Thought 12.5mg was mid intake but it's actually low/low-mid intake so witched up to 18.75mg this morning
I surely am impatient but I have mid hunger boost so far and that's what I'm mainly taking it from (and IGF-1 boost of course)

Can anyone share their experience with mk-677 with every details (age, weight, height, caloric intake, hours of sleep, how many weeks ?)

Yeah that's what i heard recently and why I upped to 18.75mg, in my head it was 10 low 15 mid 20 high along with the risks, is 18.75 daily enough ?
