so basicly what i do is,i drink only protein powder,eat a few gummy bears for some carbs,and maybe some meat for fat,its gonna be like 500 calories daily

You won't be healthy, you need more fat than that for hormones, more protein than that for body regrowth, and a better source of carbs. And the protein source isn't great either

Honey isn't a great source either. I'd just suggest letting your body go into ketosis tbh

Rice (white or brown), potatoe, sweet potato, oats, whole wheat bread, bulgur, quinoa, couscous, nuts, seeds to name a few.

Adding some fruit is fine too in moderate amounts.

but i need protein for building muscle and to grow,or sould i stop hgh for the time i do air diet
 
Damn, that diet sounds subhuman

I can't believe people would eat that

I wouldn't even feed my dog with this
