Face is so bad right now, i dont feel like myself anymore. the worst part is the feeling of having water in ur face. the last bulk I did went too far, i was smashing 4 pizza a week and eating mcdonalds everyday at work, ordering 3 tripple cheese burgers with extra bacon, thats like fuken 1800 cals in one meal, i was avg 3800-4000 cals

its time to lean down

being fat or even semi fat is the biggest looksmin u can do, ur basically telling people u cant control what u put in ur body and people look at you like the disgusting piece of shit u are

I notice girls arent mirin my face anymore, before they used to look at me or give me a stare, now they dont even acknowledge my existence
going low carb and high protein, feel like I need to loose some wudder weight
diet is like 1800+ cals
220-230g protein
40-50g carbs
50-60g fat

DIET CONSISTS OF
6EGGS, 5g Olive OIL
250g Chicken, 100g asparagus
250g Chicken, 100g asparagus
GYM
200g mince, 35-40g carbs
Cottage cheese b4 bed
tren and test eod

most likely i will do all kinds of meat and fish, doesnt really matter but same serving sizes
