Still confused about training split

I do ppl
So
Chest shoulder tri
Back biceps
Legs

But the flaw is to do two complete leg days feel overkill and don't get time for abs maybe I was thinking incorporating abs with leg day

PPL is decent short term but long term it’s just recovery hell.

Run one of these low volume splits instead and rotate between them every 2–3 months so your body doesn’t get too used to the setup:

Split 1:
Mon – Rest
Tue – Chest + Arms
Wed – Legs
Thu – Back + Shoulders
Fri – Rest
Sat – Arms
Sun – Legs

Split 2:
Mon – Rest
Tue – Upper (chest + arms focus)
Wed – Legs
Thu – Rest
Fri – Upper (back + shoulders focus)
Sat – Legs
Sun – Arms

Way better recovery and you’re still hitting everything twice a week.
