Go on bodybuilding forums or Reddit or something, and look at when people ask “I plateaued, how do I keep getting stronger?” Everyone says “dude just eat more and lift harder”. What does that mean? What does “eat more” mean? Jfl that means get fucking fat.

Reality is if you’re a tall white dude, ectomorph, and training natty, you simply don’t have the androgen receptors. You can still build muscle though. But you shouldn’t worry if you don’t get to 3 plates bench or whatever if you’re 6’0 165. Just workout and try to make strength gains if they come but just worry about the pump and increasing size, which can be done at medium weight or heavy weight, low reps or high reps.

Exactly this. I dont put on muscles easily (below average frame) and dont get really strong when training, but I can get some decent ammount of muscles and stay lean. Thats all that needs to be done in that situiation imo. No need to try to become a giga gymcel and giga strong. After some level of athletic body, increasing strenght and getting more muscle mass has very low return of investment in terms of attractivity and psl.

Progressive overload is a good way to put on mass and strenght. Ppl on here questioning if ppl Who put 10lbs in a year is natty Jfl

In my experience muscle gains are strongly dependent on strength gains for natties

The problem is most guys train like pussies without enough intensity or they have shit genetics

but you have no excuses to not squat your bodyweight or even 1.25x, double bw deadlift, bodyweight bench and 0.75x bodyweight overhead press.

these are easily achievable and more than enough for regular lifters.

you can eat at a slight surplus and gain mostly muscle mass given you lift in the meantime, otherwise you can bulk&cut. hardcore bulking that turns you into a fatass is a 2012 meme ime.

I agree. Even if I look at chadlites in my area, most of them don’t have a huge physique. It’s just a lean but slightly muscular physique from working out for football or baseball when they were in high school. It’s about shape and aesthetics, not being a gay bodybuilder

Yeah this is some basic level strength I agree. I don’t think it’s neccesary for example to have a 3x body weight bench or squat or something. Just build muscle and enjoy lifting

IMO after 2 years gymcelling the work and effort you put in is no longer work the diminished gains you might get. You would still have to eat right and train 1-2 hours a day just to get 5 LB of muscle a year.

He didnt gymcel for 2 months due to illness (corona, although I doubt that it was corona, most likely something else but ((())))) claimed it was corona), but either way, he didnt gymcel for 2 months, didnt eat tons of food with protein etc. and looks like he never gymceled. The muscle loss is huge. Granted some of it is because of the illness, but still- not gymcelling and taking tons of protein descends a gymcelled body rly fast.

What I want to say by that is, if you have to constantly eat high protein food (meat, eggs etc.) like a horse and constantly gymcel rly hard like theres no tomorrow, just to be able to keep your muscle mass, its not really worth it in the long run imo. Also it might be that he roided before that and once he was ill, he couldnt roid anymore. But even in that case, it just shows that roiding and gymcelling hardcore makes no fkn sense.

The one Chad I know only does basic minimal training (rowing machine) and some other stuff, just to keep the weight in normal range and to stay in shape. He doesnt knock himself out to become a buff gorilla like those typical tryhard gymcels. Tbh improving face is the biggest priority to ascend, because you can just do minimal training after that and not knock yourself out to "impress" with your physique, which more often than not screams "tryhard with unattractive face is trying to compensate with his gymcelled body".

Most slayers I knew and know IRL arent even gymcelling, basically just keep weight and flat belly, some basic training and thats it. They were far far away from a gymcel physique.
