100% english. english is a universal global language used by basically every country meaning you'll get higher job options. do not study in your native language because almost no other country except like india speaks hindi or whatever the fuck

No real benefits because I've been living at home in the countryside for the entirity of my streak
I'd need to interact with a foid to be able to tell if I'm less awkward but in the past nofap has made me more relaxed in public
