Which is smarter assuming you have English C1 ( almost native speaker) level?

I couldn't see why german is bad. Do you aim to work on english speaking countries?
Dutch. No i aim to become to a worldwide top doctor with international clients / research / companies hence why I'd prefer English.

at end of the day if you want to go to abroad they will look at your ielts points.

u should do pharmacy tbh

jfl if u think being a doctor later means you're gonna be like the ones you see in series TV

its whole of crazy ppl u gon treat everyday and its tiring and u need super giga good experience to have good pay
 
at end of the day if you want to go to abroad they will look at your ielts points.
If you didn't study in English you will have enormous disadvantages in the USLME
