Subliminals, cope or legit?

In no way does listening to a 12 minute video on YouTube titled "increase penis girth subliminal" on a 5986 whatever frequency make sense to me.
Yet everytime I ask someone in the bp community about subliminals they always respond "yeah bro they're legit".

Please answer if subliminals are legit or not because my autism inhibits me from detecting sarcasm over text.
