I'm sitting in the sun rn and my whole torso is itchy as fuck, it was never this bad. The itching is almost exclusively on my torso, underneath my t-shirt, neither my arms and face directly exposed to the sunlight nor my legs are itching. Is this some kind of allergic reaction to the chemicals in my shirt or a heat rash due to clogged sweat ducts? I'm about to quit my sunbathing session early because the itching is almost unbearable

Has anyone experienced intense itching in sunny weather before?

yes and that only happened when I stayed in somewhat intense sun, while not being used to it. For example in the spring after having had basically no sun exposure for a couple months. It's like an allergic reaction to the sun because the body isnt used to it I guess

What would that have to do with the horrible itch on my torso? Also highly unlikely for me to have aluminium poisoning, I haven't used aluminium cookware and cosmetic products containing aluminium (like most deodorants) in ages and I also consume lots of silicon, which is known to get aluminium out of the body. Haven't been vaccinated in 9 years
