Eat foods that will increase Test: eggs, OJ, beef, carrots, carbs, coffee, liver, oysters, clean ice creams
Do no masturbate in-between meals: NOFAP is integral for maintaining zinc and other nutrients in body
Supplement with creatine, b3 niacinamide, aspirin, t3, bicarbonate, taurine and gelatin powder
Drink carbonated water in between meals
Try to get 3 solid meals in, or at least 2 solid meals and 1 proteins shake (made with eggs and fruit)
Suntan
most important DONT overeat and avoid late-night Binging AT ALL COSTS. late-night binge is the biggest deterrent of weightloss, if you feel the need to overeat right before sleep you have likely been not eating enough calories spread throughout the day. you must find out with trial and error who much food to eat and when to eat so that when it comes time to wind down and go to be you are not hungry for 1500 calories.
