same i don't have a car so i always walk to campus and back to my apartment. about 25 mins of walking in daylight everyday

Especially the darker your skin tone is the harder it is for vitamin d to be synthesized by the skin. So blackcels take vit d3.

salmon and eggmaxx if u can no need for supplements if u can eat those two specific foods consistently

The only important thing is to test your vit D blood leves, if they are actually fine with only 2000iu then go with it, it was not until i started taking 10 000iu that my vit D levels became normal

ye, just make sure you dont take too much since fat soluble vitamins can get stored and fuck you up in the long term. 2000 is a safe number. if you are severly deficient, taking a bit more at the start can be okay, but you have to reduce it once you have ideal levels in the blood.

I know i take blood tests every 3 months so im good

Legit like 45 mins walking outside on an average day cuz all my classes are in different places lol. Good way to boost mood and get vit D, and cold exposure during the winter
