Avrage front profile but definitely above avrage side profil....you need chin and cheek implants asap but you are probably 5.25/8 PSL in my opinion tbh

you dont have any major flaws. any surgical intervention will not increase your psl

Already at chad-lite potential especially at that height. Softmaxx with decent haircut / fashion / grooming. Only minor "fault" I can see that could be improved is slight nasal deviation from front, but it's not hugely noticable.

Looking as good as you do I would recommend zero surgeries, only softmaxes
