Surgery is natural, there is nothing unnatural about it except for the the medication that you receive during the surgery but thats not necessary technically. Surgery is literally just taking a knife and cutting your shit open and then realigning it, you could do that at home technically and you are not interfering with your hormones or anything.
People dont say that getting punched during a boxing fight in the rib cage and face is unnatural but cutting your face open with a knife is unnatural? makes no sense to me
