thats the fucking point of cardio to burn the fat out of your cheek because they arent 99% water
yeah i would rather take a 1hr walk than abuse my body for 30 min jumping rope, but again I'm not you

I'm gonna have to pull my aging argument... walking is so much better long term... and you can do it everyday
