Highly reccomend this book. To anyone interested in surgeries or orthodontics. I personally think a good smile is cruicial to good harmony.
I also believe that lots of surgeons will not fully correct the teeth and bite pre-orthognathic surgery, therefore leading to mediocre results.

This is also the only orthodontist who I have seen to correctly address bimaxillary protrusion without extractions. Theres countless trial reports in the book.
All referring to relevant things, Le Fort, smile esthetics, anterior bite correction, pretty much everything.
