This is literally how third world trash lives. There was actually some Asian scientist who exploited his status as a non-white scientist to dig deeper into the true causes of Sub-Saharan misery than he would probably have gotten away with as a white dude, and he concluded that the reasons the locals had such poor health was simply because they were too low IQ to actually understand proper hygiene.
