My dad put my on this bluepilled dietician who told me to stop drinking raw or even whole milk and drop to 1% to 2% milk and that I'm eating too much cholesterol. The thing is at my age I NEED more libido and need my metabolism burning like fire. So I've been pounding bacon, eggs, liver, and sausage for breakfast!
