So i was 10-12 % bf for about 2 months. Food cravings were impossible to overcome so im back to 15%.

The treatment at 10% is insane. Girls who i had not talked to for months started sitting next to me at lunch/ dinner.

Random people ive never met adress me by my name.

Looks are literally everything. And life begins at 10% with psl 5 minimum

I am 14%. I skip breakfast and lunch

Cant skip meals, just eat low calorie meals that have volume.

I basically ate chicken salad 6 times a day. And lots of diet coke

Agreed 8-10% mogs 12-15% so hard, when I was around 9% I made out with 16 woman at the club in a single night and also had a ONS, now at around 14/15% (bulking) I'm a complete incel.

Jheez that’s lifefuel- I got to 12% this year my leanest ever- but I just felt like I don’t have enough arm muscle to pull of getting giga lean still

tbh 8-10% is unrealistic as a natty, I was starving all the time, looking forward to my oats with water and artificial sweetener the next day, my family commented I was skinny. I try maintain it December-January for slaying reasons. It is insane, I had stacylites grinding on me without saying anything.

Good motivation. I did a 90 minute fasted bike ride this mourning. I am struggling to not give into the urge to eat something now. I estimate I am at 11% BF at the moment and look good, but as soon as I eat something I will spurge out and eat 1500 calories then be back at 12%.

Wtf - how much did you weight at that height?

I always thought my success me slightly better at 14-15% cos it’s more noticable I lift in clothes whereas 10-12% is ideal for shirtless selfies only but maybe I’m looking at it all wrong

74kg at 6'1, I'm at 86kg atm. I just wore a tight shirt as it was summer.

It's moreso about face. Plenty of guys gain an extra 0.5 -1/10+ on their face when going from 15% to 8-10% or so. It depends on your genetics.

If you're a person who doesn't gain much in terms of facial appeal when going below 15%, it's very well possible that while clothed you'd have more appeal at 15% vs leaner.

Hard to judge myself objectively like that- I defo look a bit better cheekbones popping more and tighter submental- not sure it’s as much as 0.5-1/10 tho

Sometimes I almost feel like my SFS looks actually slightly worse when very lean cos my face gets so square looking
