I think God graced me with this knowledge when I was looking up fasting on Grok,

But it’s a protein-sparing modified fast…

Basically you only eat lean protein enough for 0.7-1g per lb of body weight and maybe some veggies.

But what this does is it uses the thermic effect of protein plus a severe caloric deficit to lose fat FASTER than fasting alone with no risk of losing muscle.



TLDR restrict your calories to below 1000 and only eat lean protein,

Im going to eat a 500 calorie diet of protein.

There is virtually no risk of losing muscle or being skinny fat because you preserve all your muscle.

I think thats valid but if you are overweight you should lose fat to optimize testosterone

Agreed, tbh I eat about 2.5-3K calories a day. All of which only being Ground Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Raw Milk, and vegetables. I need this because I do sprints pretty much every morning, walk for at least an hour in the sun and need natural calcium for… yk.

This diet preserves all your muscle while only burning fat, its using ketones and supplying your muscles with amino acids to not break down.

I’ve tried regular fasting and I got skinnyfat.

that’s good, I have a lot of fat to lose and want to preserve all my muscle so I’m going to eat a lot less until I’m at my ideal weight

If someone’s lazy and refuses to count their calories, wouldn’t it be easier for them to just eat one meal every 3 days? Isn’t that the quickest and most effective way to lose body fat?

You can build an aesthetic physique any way you feel good doing it.

One meal every 3 days is too low in calories and it depends on the meal, you need sufficient protein on a daily basis to not turn skinnyfat

Also this is primarily a cutting diet, if you are overweight you probably have muscle just from carrying extra fat, I would cut first before bulking if you are fat

Those are all healthy along with avoiding seed oils.

I don’t believe raw meat has inherent benefits over cooked. If you eat meat with salt and butter it’s good. Raw milk is good for you.

To maintain a lean physique you have to be low body fat with some muscle.

Facial development is determined by hormones.

In your case I would eat a lot of red meat to optimize hormones and I would agree to not go on an extreme deficit.

I actually wouldn’t go on this diet (protein sparing modified fasting) if you are in puberty, I would increase your protein ratio in your meals though to increase fat burning and muscle building

Vegetables and fruits are good too because they have natural sugars that give your body energy while it’s developing. Puberty puts the body in a high energy demand

How would you preserve your muscle if you are literally eating less than 1000 calories? Regardless of protein you'll never be able to build any on that big a defecit, at worst lose it.

Plus its very hard to get a lot of protein with only 1000 calories.

Id you eat enough protein it the amino acids will maintain your muscles while you lose the rest of your calories through your bodyfat

lol bullshit. its much better to eat fats and use fat for energy. for insulin its bad to eat only protein. most people will fail ur shitty protein system. just do 16/8, keto, weightlifting/walking. Easier, lower insulin, more fat burning>

what would be an optimal aggressive cut/starvemax diet?
 
i wish i could do this im underweight and my family is telling me I need to be in a 1500 cal surplus of junk food cuz calories are calories :ROFLMAO:
