whenever i think about the future, or what waits me, i get the worst punch in the stomach ever, i get the air kicked out of my body, it's actually so miserable, and scary

yes, it scares me so much to think how much I've still have to do, and how much i wasted, how many opportunities lost, because of my absolutely terrible existence

there are so many things, so many people, so many things just being there, and it scares me so much, i want to know everything, i want to know everyone, not knowing scares me so much, it's terrifying

Yes because it’s overwhelming and life is unpredictable. You can have an amazing plan but it can all derail with one major uncontrollable event.
