So I was looking at my father eating and I realized that the way he eats is different. For some context, his mandible is ~6 inches, almost twice as mine with big teeth square jaw, and no overbite.
So the way he eats is that he takes massive bites. The reason why I believe this is important is because large bite sizes force you to chew more than if you bit out a small size piece of food. With the same size sandwich you would chew more if you ate in in 2 bites compared to 20.
When you cut up foods we actually chew less. So the next time you are eating, make sure to fucking devour your food like a lion to enforce more chewing which then leads to a proper face.
