diet: simple and whatever I decide to eat. Intuitively try to include healthy stuff and limit the bad shit. Just track and make sure it’s
-2000 kcal give or take
-20-25%+ protein

Exercise: use a home pullup bar for pullups , chin-ups, and leg raises which hit abs. Dead hangs for posture and grip.

Dumbbells for lateral raises as well as jump squats

Walks during the morning or afternoon.




Life circumstances rn mean I can’t commit to a super intensive routine or diet , just looking for positive movement towards a better life

Oh I know it’s not the best. In the past I often put together autistic level routines and never succeeded at doing them. Trying to learn from that trap
 
Best workout routine is one you will stick with. Much better then nothing . Start here and ascend eventually
