Most people here are middle class teens, they are not gonna be able to afford surgery, they will be able to fuck around with hormones however.
We already have 3 people here to consult for surgery. @Sergio-OMS , @RealSurgerymax are actual surgeons and @Acromegaly_Chad too because he's a med student who's had several surgeries and researched them well online . But when it comes down to hormones then there are 0 people here with actual knowledge, just keyboard biologists.
