I mean, let's get smart! Right? Fucking people are crazy. The things they do should make you wonder, "What the fuck!" Yet we tolerate it. I have a plan. And it's so crazy...it might just work.

A surveillance camera on every single block in this nation. That's every 300-500 feet, CAMERA! Even in the desert, mountains, your fucking backyard! Everywhere!

Then lift the prisons into skyscrapers. ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE!

End city, county, and state police and replace with one police bureau. The Federal Police Agency. Supply them with fresh military recruits. Do not allow police officers to work in that agency. Cancel them all! Start fresh. Reboot.

Finally, stab a fucking tracking device into every single person. Not a choice! Law enforced. You resist - you go into a skyscraper prison. End of discussion.

We can do this! Together. We can make this world into a better one.

But to get the party started, we can prepare society with a Pre-Creep.

I call it, PMS. Pedestrian Mobile Surveillance. Its a 360-degree rotating camera attached to a person's head. A GoPro. The live recording is tracked using a monitoring system like they do with some criminals as to ankle monitors. However, you can track them with an app. A smart app!

We can use the homeless population to begin the Pre-Creep. Pay them so much per hour to walk around - stand on corners - visit drug dealers - etc. Or just pay them in drugs. Whatever works. Link them together into a network. Share this intel with LE and feds. But also, the general public. The taxpayers. Because that's who's gonna be paying for this. And if we're lacking funds, I believe the police departments would be generous enough to offer their pensions.
