i guess thats just the nature of weight loss because it takes ages, but this site still got me checking for ascension in the mirror after every thread and getting annoyed because im still ugly. maybe i am just very low iq i realise that now after typing this

I've gone from 105kg to 82kg, it's hard at first then maintaining is easy

still need to leanmaxx more tho
