You just said it there a 5/10 man is 80th percentile for attractiveness. A 5/10 woman is 50th percentile for attractiveness. In theory this should mean that there is a surplus of women available to the 5/10 man but it doesn't work that way in reality we all know this. Womens rating system is off, why, well the women are not a monolith they all underrate they didn't do this by consulting together but some sort of hard wired nature to rate men lower.

So you are wondering about the practical implications, so if women rate this way then why is oofy doofy a thing, low tier men securing their looks level or higher for example, idk tbh.
