Didn't see that video (too long), but watched this one
IMO pretty good insight on the female gaze, her opinions make sense and are actually helpful (at least in that video).

For those interested, the TL;DW of this video is:
larp as if you want a relationship and not casual sex, because women are as sexual as men with the guys they like, so she'll do anything to keep you (better sex, everything). It's like getting a free sample, you don't say to the person giving them "I won't buy the product, give me 3 of those", you lie and say "that's very interesting, give me two and I'll think about it", same with women.
Basically, just be HTN+ and female gaze pilled.
