I love music, I used to take a band class but was a failure in it Guitar kids in my school always have a girlfriend or some kind of status no matter how ugly they are. SOMETIMES PEOPLE JUST WALK UP AND WATCH HIM PLAY

Could learning guitar help me be NT and improve my social life

Ages ago (I'm an oldcel) I saw people picking up the guitar and forming bands in highschool, right now I don't know.

I met a guy who played guitar a week ago but he was an oldcel like me and we were at a liveshow, not sure how many are you gonna find in highschool or uni (how young are you)



Anyway pick up hobbies that you actually like and stop thinking about everything to be "NT" or needed to "pick up girls"

Hobbies help a lot when you are lonely or having bad luck in dating

Playing guitar only doesn't help directly. Guitarists who get women are attractive anyway. What it will do for you is help you enlarge your social circle.

As for guitar being dead this was true about 10 years ago when everything was electro, but there's been a weird revival and it's now very common in mainstream music. There are some instruments that won't die and will always be around in some form especially for live music.

Guitar skills actually do get admiration from to this day women especially , but sticking with guitar is incredibly hard if you don't actually like it.

I agree with the last part , but the idea that the guitar is dead because mainstream rock is dead just doesn't seem correct to me.

Displaying musical ability on guitar is still an entrancing thing to this day. That's why a lot of guys still bring guitars to house parties. It's a really easy way to get women to ogle at you if you're really good at it.
