To accommodate Maher-tier chin height you need Maher-tier Ramus height which can only look good with top-tier forward growth

Take a profile shot of someone with average/below average forward growth and try morphing their ramus height to that of Maher's then the chin height to match
On a non forward grown mandible/face it looks shit
You cannot surgery max your way to Maher proportions because you need EVERYTHING for the mogger traits to sync together and not look comical
