Try keto, try OMAD, drink milk as vitamin B3 is what they used to treat schizophrenia with in the past, and just live a stress-free life and move out of the house if it's better for your mental health. Also avoid traumatic events, cut out horror and all that crap.

Have you tried ketogenic diet? Fasting? One meal a day? Anything is better than antipsychotics, I recommend this:

1. 16-8hour split fast, so basically don't eat from sunrise until the sun goes down. Very natural, very good. And some Russian scientists actually used this as a way to treat schizophrenia iirc, and fasting raises testosterone levels.

If that doesn't work out, next step is add to that Low sugar, or at least less sugar - cut out the sugars you don't like that much only keep the ones you like. Then lessen that bit by bit, next up low carb - cut out sugars high in carbs. Do keto diet, next up try one meal a day. That should do the trick.

Schizo diagnosis is one of the worst fuckups anyone can get diagnosed with. Its a literal meme. Being diagnosed for mental illness on paper is like losing your rights. It should only be a option for criminals. Even if you were right, people will think your wrong.

How can they tell or determine that behavior without delving into my own consciousness? How can i trust them? Theres no way someone can 100% delve into someone elses consciousness to precision, so the diagnosis part seems to only work by forms of coercion. Like, someone or something/somethings making you feel as if something is wrong with you. Even if that someone would be you. Maybe there/your right. But they/you can also be very wrong. Humanity is not advanced enough as a society to govern mental norms medically. The brain is still widely unknown and not understood.

Not everyone is mentally and morally precise either. Just like how the outbreak happened a few years ago, people were rushing to get diagnosed and only a few actually had a screw on their head to be more analytical. A lot of these uncritical lot are the very same people who are diagnosing you and determining your mental patterns to be normal or not normal. How can you 100% trust those definitions?

Id start first by parasite, bacteria, fungi science before trying to fuck with brain medications. Even actual forms of healthy living seems to be a decent alternative to healing mental illnesses. Were not there yet for brain meds if we cant even understand the other parts of the body fully.
