Not really saying it as a gotcha but German sounds funnier even though I do find South Indian and Punjabi accent funny.

Depends on how they talk (dialect) and what language they are speaking. We have a variety of both. I usually find Australians , English and Chinese to be funnier sounding when it comes to english
