while i was gymceling today i became incredibly thirsty which was uncommon since i never bring water to gym so i went to the sink and i drank up all that flouride and estrogenic water from all the contraceptive pills roasties pissed out (i didn't drink tap water in years since i have filter at home) and to add salt to injury i forgot to wash my hands before drinking and i was touching all those barbells and dumbbells prior it.

Wish i could help but i don't know tbh i have some cheap shitty filter cartridges like pic related which i use and i doubt it even filters out most of things, you basically just replace the filter cartridge into this plastic thing when the filter stops working. Doesn't matter to me though since most of time i drink beverages that require boiled water or diet soda.
