-He only eats clean foods - greens, fish, protein, little to no refined carbs
-Gets to sleep however much he wants, whenever he wants, has a personal chef and a personal trainer
-Life consists of zero stress
-Other people take care of his daughter and kids, he doesn't have to deal with them if he doesn't feel like it
-Probably got every softmax you can buy for your skin with money on this planet

No wonder his aging slowed down to a grinding halt.

What i realized that slowing down aging or looks decent is possible and not out of the reach for most people, but what is holding then down is lazyness

They just dont work out everyone has time , they crave pizza and sttuff, it goes hand to hand with willpower and discipline

Most sucessfull people are kinda GL, most broken lazycells looks like a shit
