I skip legs and only train my upper body.
A few guys at the gym irritate me; they say I should train legs.
Is there an actual disadvantage to not training legs?
huge quads are a gymcel trait anyways.
I don't do compound exercises and stick to machines and dumbbell presses, so I don't need leg stability or whatever.
My plan is to bulk to a good level, then start hitting legs to burn more calories during my cut and give decent volume to my upper body. After that, I’ll go to the gym twice a week for maintenance.
I don’t want to be a Perma gymcel;
I just want an aesthetic body and to be done, unlike those guys who keep going forever. I think I can achieve an aesthetic body by the end of 2026 since I started this year and haven’t skipped a day
