They don't announce they will delete their accounts. They just do it. There are only a few exceptions, like Newone. But if you look at all the threads of users who say they will delete their accounts, nearly no one deleted their account.

Maesthetic, africancel, Chadlite Rutherford - no one announced they will delete. Compare this to the Dutch mogger who already made three account deletion announcements and is still here.
