There's a secret method for getting taller. It's through a modified pelvic osteotomy. This surgery would also increase your sitting height, which is one of a few limiting factors in 'growing' taller. The maximum gain seems to be around 3 cms, with an average of around 2.3 cms (although I also found a study with a 2.8 cm average)

It is supposedly much cheaper than LL, and has a much quicker recovery phase, but there is a risk of sciatic nerve injury.

The biggest issue with this surgery is finding an experienced surgeon who is willing to perform it on a healthy person.

This really could be a considered surgery. LL is still overall better, though.

“The pudendal and perineal nerves innervate the penis and the perineal/perianal area — even the anal sphincter. Compression on the sciatic nerve can cause referred paresthesia to the pudendal and perineal nerves”

If you want to risk cutting off sensation in your penis and basically killing it. Rare PE injuries relating to the sciatic nerve has destroyed some peoples penis and reports of some users killing themselves.
