There's a secret method for getting taller. It's through a modified pelvic osteotomy. This surgery would also increase your sitting height, which is one of a few limiting factors in 'growing' taller. The maximum gain seems to be around 3 cms, with an average of around 2.3 cms (although I also found a study with a 2.8 cm average)
It is supposedly much cheaper than LL, and has a much quicker recovery phase, but there is a risk of sciatic nerve injury.
The biggest issue with this surgery is finding an experienced surgeon who is willing to perform it on a healthy person.
