i spotted a girl with tret skin today
she looked 10 years older of her age (i knew she was around early 20) just because of that fake shilling look
tret destroys your outer layers of the skin, you may get glass skin but you'll still have oldcel look

tret makes u look like u have incel skin and never go outside.
