What is low Inhibition?
Most people perceive low inhibition as acting without considering the consequences of one's actions. That often means:

* No fear of talking to the opposite gender
* Less pressure in group events

Why should you listen to this thread?

I'm not saying you should do any of these things before making your own research, but these are some of my own experiences with drugs/substances.

First of all, forget every post you've seen about ashwagandha, as it's too expensive for the things it does. Most people still drink alcohol to get low inhibitions, but that's stupid. I would only do it if you have a low alcohol tolerance and can't get any substances. Why no alcohol? Well, it bloats you, kills brain cells, and smells/tastes like ass.

What's the alternative?

(This goes by personal experience, so take it with a grain of salt.) What I did for a long time was take pregabalin to calm myself down. That worked really well, but after a time, my tongue got numb, and I couldn't properly speak, which defeated the purpose for me. I also got some methylphenidat prescribed because of my ADHD, and it still works, but meh. What I use now is methylmorpholine (ketamine), and it works like a charm. However, it's pretty hard to get in the EU.

(As in every of my post i hope you guys give me feedback/methods that work for you)

I understand the purpose of the post and your intention but unfortunately I hate recommending gabapentinoids and ketamine to anyone due to their addictive profile
