So the doctors gave me a BUNCH of morphine to take after my surgery because it hurts like a BIAAATCH. But ive experienced some side effects...... i genuenly cannot eat. Its not a blessing in disguise, ITS JUST STRAIGHT UP A BLESSING. Everytime i eat something its in very small portions and after that i just physicly cannot eat more. For example yesterday we ate hamburgers. and usually i could swallow 3 hamburgers before i can even think a single tought, but yesterday i ate one and immediately went into a food coma. Same thing with sweets. Before i could eat up to 1500 cals a day worth in sweets without a problem. Now i can barely eat SHIT. like one little cube of chocolate is enough for me. So yea im really happy and hopefully ill loose a bunch of weight.

Morphine is highly addictive and it is a opioid, so it is not even worth spamming it. Since you are willing to do drugs to lose weight just spam nic+ coffee or just do reta, ozempic or something similar. ok bhai

i can relate to that feeling of not being able to eat much after surgery, it's a weird thing about your body's reaction to pain meds sometimes but if you don't feel like eating, then focus on drinking plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and get some rest so your body can recover properly. when i had surgery they gave me opioids too and one day my stomach hurt from not having anything in it for a while, i started just taking the painkillers with nothing else because the meds would make nausea hit every time i ate something but hydration seemed to help lol.

oh ok, nvm then. But something that works really well to suppress appetite is coke zero/ diet coke (any drinks being 0 calories), or as I said before you can spam nic + caffeine and it works even better.

Zero sugar drinks work really well for me, but i dont feel it from nic tho
