Having a bad face or being overall bad looking is like having much more trees in your way, but that means you still have to focus on the path. It’s harder for sure. Much harder, but doesn’t change the fact. You shouldn’t focus on the trees but on the path.

Sports Phycology is different than Business Phycology. In sports you want to concentrate on where you want the ball to go, or where you want to ski too.

In business and in life you have to be aware of the long term risks and strategically mitigate them, no matter how much the think positive self help bull shitters tell you otherwise. Optimism has it's place and is important for motivation, but so is objective thinking and risk management.
