Looksmaxxing was never exclusive to male-centric communities in the first place. It actually started with women and beauty magazines a long fucking time ago lmao (atleast, modern looksmaxxing). And looksmaxxing is like 10x bigger with women than men. Surgery/hard-maxxing isn't a new fuckin concept. Most women looksmaxx from a young age.
