So I was sitting at a rooftop bar getting some food and two girls sit near me, like one seat between us, was this an IOI? The hotter one was sitting closer to me too, fuck man its over. Or were they having "girl time" talking about chads? Were they expecting me to approach, was it awkward that I didn't?

Some advice. Someone glancing at you or being near your vicinity and normal social interactions like eye contact are not IOI’s.
